# Meetings & voting proposals

All voting proposals are first discussed in public on a discord in the chat room or at a regular meeting held every Wednesday at 21:00 CET.

Whether the votes will be voted on is decided by a majority during the spoken online meeting.

It is possible to hold extra meetings outside of this regular one, if necessary.
